LukWerks Digital Video Surveillance System Opens New Revenue Opportunities for Dealers by Providing Affordable Digital Video Surveillance Systems for Homes and Small Businesses
The company announced today that it is launching a reseller program for security dealers at the International Security Conference (ISC) & Expo at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas, America's largest security-oriented convention.
WiLife's Reseller Program expands revenue opportunities for security dealers by providing an easy-to-use, affordable digital video surveillance system for home and small business owners, who are typically priced out of surveillance because of the complexity of installation and the associated hardware cost.
"With LukWerks, security dealers will be able to close sales with customers who wanted digital video surveillance but couldn't afford it," said Evan Tree, president of WiLife. "Now, they can sell our system to those customers, opening new markets for them to serve their customers with an affordable, fully digital solution."
The Reseller Program offers wholesale pricing, dedicated product support, demo systems and marketing and sales support. So, every dealer can be trained to sell and service the customer.
LukWerks uses HomePlug powerline technology to securely transmit high quality digital video over existing electrical wiring, eliminating the need to run wires for configure wireless networks. By not having to run cable, dealers enjoy reduced labor costs and increased margins.
With LukWerks powerful PC software, users can record, search and playback motion-based or scheduled events, receive email and text alerts as well as view live video from Internet connected PCs and mobile devices.
Interested resellers at the ISC West Show can visit WiLife's booth (#12149) at the Sands Expo and Convention Center. Resellers are invited to stop by to see a live demonstration of LukWerks and learn more about the reseller program and to sign up to be resellers.
LukWerks was selected as an Innovations 2006 Design and Engineering Award Honoree in the Integrated Home Systems category as part of the annual International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) awards program.
