To meet demand for a high performance compact camera, Genie CCTV has launched its new high resolution GS5380VDC day/night varifocal bullet camera.
The Sony 1/3 inch colour super HAD CCD image sensor equipped camera features a built-in eighty piece infra-red LED - with a minimum range of 35 metres at night - and provides automatic back light compensation with CDS switching becoming effective as light fades.
The 480 TV line compact bullet camera is highly sensitive and is capable of operating in variable lighting conditions down to 0 lux (IR LED’s on). It is designed to provide clean, noiseless and reliable pictures with a signal to noise ratio greater than 48dB (agc off).
Housed in an attractive black aluminium weatherproof housing (IP65) together with sun shield and adjustable fully cable managed mounting bracket, the GS5380VDC operates from a 12V dc power supply, such as the Genie PSU35SM.
